38-139 Roto Multi-Point Lock, 37MM Fork

Hello, I have several Milgard crank windows that need replacement parts. A couple need new lock assemblies and a few need, I think, new arm operators. When the crank is used, the window stops short of closing. Would you be able to tell me which parts I need?

This handle broke the other day and the window manufacturer states the do not have a replacement as this handle is obsolete. Do you have anything that will replace my broke one?

We just bought a home with crank open windows. Home was built in 2007. I need to replace several of the locks, but don't have a part number. this particular lock the handle was broken off. Center to Center is 3-7/8". not sure what other measurements you'd need, so please let me know. ... (cont.)

Hi there, We looked on your site at the locks you offer. Not sure if the measurements will fit. Our slider looks to be 1-3/8ths and your locks are 1-5/8ths. Maybe I am measuring wrong. I'm looking for a Truth brand locking mechanism for the window pictured here. The crank is working, but the locking part broke.How would I order this part?

One of our customers had this lock, it's pretty rare and was hoping you guys have it. The handle does have the part number 2246 on it.

THE STICKER SAYS THESE ARE PLY GEM 700 SERIES. DATE ON STICKER IS 2002. THE HARDWARE PICTURED IS NOT DAMAGED. WE ARE REPLACING OTHER HARDWARE THAT IS DAMAGED. CAN YOU HELP ME IDENTIFY THE PART NUMBERS?

Unfortunately, I do not have much information on the locking handle or the brand of the windows. The only thing that shows up on the locking mechanism is the word Roto and on the hinge mechanism it says Interlock 12C-IS23. Thank you

Hello, I forced the lever and broke off the mechanism and the whole part needs replacement.The mechanism is brass in color. White would be preferable.
