This is a lock to a 350 series pella crank out window. I have one with a broken handle and need to replace. Is this something you have.

Hi. We have a bunch of these 20 year old windows. The winders and locks are starting to fail on them. I can't figure out which parts to buy. Can you help based on these pictures? Thank you.

I am trying to find this sliding lock. I know the manufacture is no longer in business, but I still need to repair these windows. Is there possibly a retrofit that will work? Or is the part still in production?

We think the windows are Simonton (installed in our house remodel 20 years ago). Could not find any names, numbers or markings on the existing hardware. Hopefully the photo helps.

Hello, I have several Milgard crank windows that need replacement parts. A couple need new lock assemblies and a few need, I think, new arm operators. When the crank is used, the window stops short of closing. Would you be able to tell me which parts I need?

This handle broke the other day and the window manufacturer states the do not have a replacement as this handle is obsolete. Do you have anything that will replace my broke one?

We just bought a home with crank open windows. Home was built in 2007. I need to replace several of the locks, but don't have a part number. this particular lock the handle was broken off. Center to Center is 3-7/8". not sure what other measurements you'd need, so please let me know. ... (cont.)
