38-139 Roto Multi-Point Lock, 37MM Fork

Compareing to 38-139; 1-3/8" instead of 1-5/8" 4-1/2" instead of 4-5/8" bolt holes are 3-13/16" center to center. This is for the right side casement window. Larry

It is 4.5" long. The handle is 3.5" The catch is 1.5"

I don't see any markings on original locking handle. It is broken internally, not moving latch to unlock or lock window.

I need a left & right swing replacement window crank & 2 window locks in white, I think this part is no longer made ?

Hello - we purchased this window from Home Depot, a Tafco 30 x 48 casement window. The locking latch is damaged, and we haven't been able to get any help from HD or Tafco. Can you please help us identify which part this would be for ordering on your site?

Window crank and lock need to be replaced

When trying to shut the latch it won't engage to lock it down into place. We cannot see what the brand name of the window is. (The remodel was done about 9 years ago now) and the latch doesn't seem to have any numbers on it. Local big box store did not have anything that matched. ... (cont.)
