Balance replacement
It appears that I have 34" balance with a 19-005 top and a 15-002 shoe. The balance is stamped 3350. Does this combination appear to be correct? These are not tilt metal framed windows in a condo.

What is this Alenco Window Balance?
My windows are made by Alenco, and I'm assuming they were the originals in this home Lancaster California built in 1989. They are worn out and need to be replaced. replacement balance 2740
I need to get two replacement balances for my AlenCo Window. I've attached four photos for your review. It has part 2740 stamped on it. The metal piece measures 28 inches. Do you have a replacement for this balance? Thanks,

Alenco...can of worms
I've been called in after 2 others "worked" on this window. Alenco non-tilt alum slider 45 1/2 W X 29 3/8 H thermal pane w mullion enclosed. The owner said the channel balancers were replaced (so I don't know if they are correct. They are 1/2 " marked 2690 @ 29) Both top sash guides are missing. ... (cont.)

Missing part on my Alenco window
I have an Alenco window with a block and tackle system. The window has missing a black plastic piece on each side of the window. When closed the channel balances rise up thru the opening . They appear to keep the channel balances in place. Are they called Balance tops? or Face guides? I have a ... (cont.)
