Photo 11_52 shows the broken top end piece with the broken one held next to it. Photo 11_54 shows it from the top looking down. One of my BFS windows is missing this end piece. Without this piece, the channel balance is not moving up and down with the window. Please help me to identify this part. Thanks.

Hi, I have Alenco aluminum windows with a sash with the labeling per the picture. It shows Series 3710/3710F DH-R25 MST:4080. I believe I am looking for the window channel balance replacement. Thank you, Doug

Am am ordering 4 28" Series 395 channel balances for two Atrium windows. I am wondering what other parts I might need such as take out clips. All of the prats seem to be missing so I have no idea what they might look like. I have enclosed a few pictures. Thank you for your help, Shane ... (cont.)

BFS window. Sash cover has broken and will not hold channel spring in place.

I need the attached top window slider that measure 15/16" x 1 1/4" and 10/16" with two holes and one slot for screw. I previously ordered the window balance. Hope you can help

I'm unable to find anything that looks close to the top sash guides I have. Almost all I see have an angled lower end but mine is square. Perhaps an angled would work as long as the holding lip was at the correct place. Here's hoping my pictures will be helpful and you can assist me with the rig ... (cont.)
