18-174 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Alenco

Hello, I am Bruce Jackson and I need replacement window parts. The channel balance is 22" long (metal length) and 5/8" wide with the stamp of "2130" in the attached picture. I also need 2 black top sash guides. There is also a bottom sash guide in the picture that is missing on one side. Please ... (cont.)

I need 4 of the whatever the part is called in the photos that fastens to the top of the sash and has a phillips screw on the side of the sash. They are plastic. 2 for a left side and 2 for a right side on 2 windows. Also I need two sliding window sash balances for each side of an Alenco up & down ... (cont.)

I'm looking for the black cap that is located on the top left and right sides of the sliding window which engage the sash when closing the sliding window. I have aluminum Alenco windows. Thanks!

I am looking to replace Alenco windo top sash guide. 18-174 is similar but overall height is different and the profile is not the same. Can you advise if 18-174 is the correct replacement or is there another part that is correct replacement.

The bottom left corner of the window has Guardian Corsicana, Texas written on it as well as ANSI z97-1-1984, thats about all I can make out I need 6 top sash guides in white to match or work as the pictures supplied, Thanks Sean.

This part mounts to the top of the actual window and seems to serve as a guide. It's in poor condition but I was unable to find one in your catalog that matches the part. I was looking on your site and I did not see the sash God Guide in this color.

16 year-old home. Non-tilt metal windows. Unknown make but assume Alenco since my top sash guide matches your catalog part. My balance (9/16" x 28") matches your picture for S395 but my bottom shoe is 1 3/16" deep instead of 1 1/8". Should I assume difference is due to wear?

Hi, Please help me order right part. 28" channel balance with stamp 2740 At one end(near spring attachment), I see plastic part has wing. Plastic part at the other end(near pulley) does not have wing. Please let me know if I need to send more picture for clarify.

Sash cap broken on window

need 12 for 2730 and 6 for 2740. Both measure 28" without top & bottom pieces. Also need 18 Top & bottom sash guides in bronze.

I ordered a set of balances and didn't notice that the white piece on the side was broken, I need 2 of the white parts on the side of the sash and 2 of the silver clips that attaches to the side of the frame to catch the balances, thanks

I ordered the wrong sash guide in my previous order. I didn't realize it until I noticed the channel balance wasn't staying in place correctly open window operation.

It appears that my Alenco window channel balance is broken. The number on the channel balance is "2720". It is 1/2" wide and I think (because it's mostly exposed) is most likely 27" long. Do you have replacement Channel Balances? I would probably order 2 and repace both at the same time. Thanks ... (cont.)
