18-174 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Alenco

I need both balances for this window and at least one top cap if you have them. It's the black plastic cap that's broken. The other is in the sash, but haven't tried to remove it yet. ThanksGilbert

Non Tilt Casement side counterbalance failed. Blew out top plastic cap and came flying out of slot!! Believe bottom anchor hook failed along with other issues, but otherwise window seems fine. Metal channel part of counter bar measures 28" exactly. Have additional pics if necessary but can't add ... (cont.)

I am looking for help in identifying this window sash cam. I need a quantity of four.

I have Alenco Windows mfg 1987 and I need top sash guides. Your 18-174 looks like the sizes are close but the top is larger and it doesn't have the angled bottom. Which ones should I use?

Looking for replacement channel balance and sash guide. The window weighs 22.8 lbs, the balance has 27-4 on it, but no other identifiers. The length of the balance is 29" top to bottom. The guide measures 1" in length, 1" top: front to back and 7/8" side to side. Thank you. Eric
