18-174 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Alenco

Helo looking to see if you carry this or if you have anything similar to it

I had ordered (#2012161) 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco as close as I could determine to work but won't work as top too small. The old ones were square on bottom and broke out and mechnikisum jamming up... The old ones are 1 inch by 15/16 wide I installed new ones and seeing the spring mechanism come ... (cont.)

Through another post on your site, I found that this called a top sash guide. You have so many though, I'm not sure how to find replacements. Can you help? Thanks!

Need to know the part numbers for a replacement channel balance and Top Sash Guide Non-Tilt Window 28" Length of Metal Channel 1/2" Width of Metal Channel 2730

Hi,These are off Hallmark windows. I have one broken one so of course the sash balance doesn't work correctly with the missing piece. Do you have a source for these? I could use a few along with several replacement balance removal clips.ThanksSteve

This piece was found at the top of th sliding window, looks like it is damaged.

Some of of the guide parts are broken. All 10 windows are the same, please give me a price to replace on all 10 windows

Top Sash Guide dimensions are around 15/16 in x 15/16 in on top part and 1 1/8" height. The metal stopper is about 1" I need about 14 sash guides and stoppers.

The black piece that attaches to the side of the window with one screw has cracked . . . . . it will not keep the channel balance down against the spring force. It is for the 28" Series 395 Channel Balances I have previously ordered from SWISCO in the past. Thank you in advance.

Hi - I have broken window balance in an Alenco window. photos are attached. This balance (exclusive of plastic hardware) is 28" long The number on it is 2730. I recently ordered sash guides for the identical window. The model numbers for the sash guides was 18-174

Size is 1" wide -3/4" tall for windows with slide 385. S385-34. The bottom Sash is part 18-174 we have ordered them.If you don't carry the bottom stop what do you recommend for a replacement for this?We have 16 windows that need replacement parts.Thank you

I have three windows with messed up balancers. Two of them have both balancers messed up and one of them has one of the two messed up. Here is a picture of one of the balancers. It is 1/2 in wide. Also, the top sash guides are broken on the window with broken balancers.

Top sash guide broke and the channel popped up. I would like to replace both top sash guides on the faulty window and the channel balances. Please advise which parts I can order. Hi. I am looking for sash stopper parts for Alenco windows.

White, plastic, square.

The top sash guide is rectangular in shape and not tapered, the measurement across the top is (photo 1) 7/8" wide and 1-1/8" in length. Inside window channel (picture 2) 1" in length and 5/8" in width.

Metal Channel is 28" Upper Plastic Part is winged as shown in the third image from the left Lower Plastic Part is 15-001, I think - it's 1-1/16" deep Black Plastic Cap is 15/16" square and 1-3/16" top to bottom I need two channels One channel I have is marked "2740"
