Hi, from your website it looks like I need a Series 395, 28", 2730 option for these block and tackle channel balances. One is still intact and the cord broke on the other one. I also need a set of what look like Alenco 5/8 sash guides. Thanks.

Hi Iam looking for caps and balances the number stamp on side says 2840 but from end to end of metal 29 in thought the first number was for length I need four of them and 8caps if u have them thanks

This part is out of 40 year old aluminum windows. We have 200 of the windows in our property and these are starting to fail. Do you have anything like this?

Looking for top sash guide replacement for allenco window. Windows are from late 80"s. Included are some pictures. Overall length is nearly 2 inches. Top of sash guide is 1 inch by 7/8 inch.

Alenco 2730 Window Balance is old/bad. The balance appears to be 1/2 inch and 5/8 inch?

I have a busted window sash. I have attached photos and would like to know if you have this sash! I need two of them. It is one inch from front to back and and just under a inch from side to side 29/32!

I do not see any markings on these slide up windows. I have identified the channels needed as 28" 2730 I need12 sash guides

I need to confirm the part. Seems the right and left side are different. One side is 3140 and other is 3140x. Both are 32 inches.

Please help identify which top sash channel balance guide I need to order. Photos attached.
