The balance is stamped with 27-4. Need id for balance and top sash guide.

Picture of part that holds top of spring in place. The part that holds spring breaks off and channel unit pops out of the channel. Windows are 20 yrs old but in great shape except channel springs keep breaking. Do you have this part? If you need more info I can supply.

This is from the lower sash of a single hung non tilt window. It is above the channel balance. It keeps the channel balance from popping upward. What part is it, please?

I am looking for replacement channel balances for some Alenco windows. Value stamped on balance is 2790. Looking on your options section, the value only goes to 2770. This is the top right corner cap for a BFS window sash. I'm ordering the correct channel, but it also broke this cap when it happened. The square top is approx 7/8" by 15/16". Length is approx 1 3/16". I cannot find it. Thanks, Wes

I installed a 28" series 395 Channel balance, Option 2740, on my Alenco window last year. Now I need the top sash guide. Do you know which one will fit. Mine is brown and square. It is 1 1/4" high and 7/8" wide.
