I recently purchased some Jeld-wen windows. On one of the double hung windows, the bubble weather stripping sticks out a bit and makes the window difficult to open. I called the retailer and they sent me to Jeld -Wen. They seemed familiar with the problem, but want me to fill out a report to decide ... (cont.)

both seal attached are approx 1/4" on the t-slot side and pile of the brush is approx 1/4" as well. The bottom seal on window is foam filled. 10 windows approx 28" wide 3 windows 22" wide

I'm trying to find a replacement for weatherstripping found on bottom of top sash which you can see has deteriorated on one of the windows. I bought these about 12 years ago at Lowe's. Looking for bubble window weather stripping. Foam core has broken down in almost all windows after 20 years. Slides into channel in window with the plastic "T" . Looks to be 5/8" wide overall. The foam cylinder portion maybe 5/16" and the overall thickness maybe 3/8". Photos attached with ruler ... (cont.)

Bottom edge seal. T strip looks to be about .187 Not seeing any one your site with the 90degree angle and the t slot on the correct side. Thanks for any help

Here's some additional information you requested.Lower window sash: 13#I was able to remove shoe & attached coils after opening up access. Both coils are marked 3.5. I'll attach pictures of the shoe with coils.shoe dim's: width:0.95'; length:1.0"; thickness:0.50"

I believe these are Window Tech windows. The gasket kerf fin is 3/16" wide. Overall gasket width is 11/16"

the bottom of the window sash is broken. do you have this part that you can send me? i need them for 5 or 6 windows. 28.5 inches

Hi I would like to purchase new top weather seal for my Milgard windows. The T-Bar hard plastic strip that locks weather seal in place is 3/16 inch. The bulb is 1/4 inch. The fin is 1/4 inch. Thank you for your help. Tim

Weatherstripping for double hung window

I am working on Certainteed Bryan Mawr II windows. I need 4 pivot shoes- they look like your 15-192 but are there others that look the same? I also need 4 balance springs that attach to the pivot shoes- mine are marked 408 J . I'm also looking for 14 feet of bulb seal. To replace on 5 windows ... (cont.)

Hello, I have Plygem vinyl windows in my home that are about 20 years old. On the bottom of the double hung widows the seal is starting to deteriorate. Can you please tell me if you have this seal available in bulk? If not, I can send in specific lengths. Thanks! -Bill

The bottom of the 't' is 3/16". The top of the 't' is 7/16 ? the bulb is 5/16 high. This is from a silveline double hung approx Circa 1994. Please let me know if you need additional information. This weather stripping is on the bottom sash where it meets the sill.

I'm trying to which weather seal bulb I need. Hopefully the 2 phots will help, but I know these sealers have decomposed over the years as the original windows were installed in 1998.
