I need replacement channel balances for 4 vinyl windows. They are stamped 26 5 EP Caldwell. Metal measures 27" I also need a replacement channel balances one vinyl window. It is stamped 32 6 FP Caldwell. Metal piece measures 33". See pictures.

Hi, Jim.Your balance looks like it could be a match for our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the bottom shoe depth. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. I need replacement balancers for Milgard windows. Photos of the original attached. They are 1/2 inch wide and 27 inch long, excluding the plastic ends. The sliding window weighs 19 pounds. They are stamped "26 4 EW CMC 10".

I have matched up the length and mounts for required new balance. My old balance has no stamp or markings. It is a S385.27. It fits a sash that is 33" wide x 30" tall, vinyl double pane about 22 years old. How do I determine an appropriate stamp number? Thanks Much! David
