Can I use a stronger stamp than what my sash weight needs?

What would be the result of selecting a balance rated for a heavier sash? For example, what if I am replacing a pair labeled 26 4, which I understand to mean sash weight from 19 to 26 and requires stamp 2640, but choose instead stamp 2650, rated for 26 to 30.
