Looking to replace these window balances.

27 inch metal. Can you please figure out which part number I should buy? Thank you!

Several window balancers have failed and need replacement. I'm not sure which part or series I need to order. Also, the sealed window glass on several windows has separated from the vinyl frame and I need to know how to ID the exterior trim piece securing the window to the frame. Any and all help/di ... Hi, I have a single hung non tiltable window by Millard with a failed balance. Part number is 26 5 FR from Caldwell. Can you help identify the proper replacement. Need both sides. Thank you.

The balances that I have taken out of my single hung Milgard windows are marked 26 4 AW CMC 2. The metal portion of the balance is 27" long 1/2" wide.

The channel width is 9/16" and the channel depth is 5/8". The metal channel length is 27 inch. With the plastic ends, the total length is about 28 inch but some plastic broke off at the spring end so it could be 28.5 inch.

Looking to buy replacement balances for a non tilt window that has a worn balance

I need help to order a couple of these as one has come loose

I need several, all are the same. Length of channel, metal only is 27". Width is 1/2" on non open side. Open channel side has a small lip and is 5/8 across opening.
