S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

Looking for 2 replacement balancers, metal channel is 27-1/16" " long. Then only markings are the 26 4 BSL NL.

Do you have the same type of 27inch channel balance or an interchangeable one?

I need help identifying what I need as well as extra parts that attach to the physical window as they're 20+ years old and are hard to open/close.

Hi, I need to replace my window balance springs. Attached are the pictures of my old ones. They both have stamps "26 4 LO CALDWELL". Could you please help me to identify what is the correct replacement part I should purchase? Thank you for your help!

I work at The Home Depot in Bothell, Washington in the Millwork department. A customer has a spring balance that he needs to replace that Milgard has identified as "Part BA0963BT - Spring Balancer 2630." The customer has submitted photos, two of which I've uploaded, as he's concerned the Milgard sho ... (cont.)

27 " long. 1/2 " wide stamped on unit 26 space L. unable to read number below stamp of L.

The metal part is 27" long width 9/16" the balance shoe is 1 1/16" not sure if the s380 or s385 is the correct part fits an older Alpine window I need to replace the balancers on 5 windows thanks for your assistance

I need replacements for these. The stamp says 26 3 CJ. When I measured just the metal it it almost 27 inches.

I need the window balance the numbers on my old one say 26 4 BSI PD

There are no identifying stamp marks on the balance. The metal section is 27" long x 1/2" i'm hoping to get a quote for 6 replacements units.

The sash/string is broken on my non tilt Milgard window. The lenght of the channel balance is 27 inches.

Length = 27" Width = 1/2"
