I want both left and right replacements for our Caldwell Side Load Channel Balances along with 2 replacement take out clips. The only marking I can read is "Caldwell 26 4 AR" on the broken balance. This number is printed on a window channel balance. 26-3 CF5 CMC 54. I believe the part is a 27" S385-27 but don't know what these numbers mean. Mark

We have held wen windows and the stamp reads 26-12 HH5 CMC 5 but on all the replacement sites it says to measure the metal and the metal measures 27 inches. Hello, I'm replacing my channel balances on a few windows in my home. I've done this before, so I'm familiar with the process. But on one set of windows, I was surprised to find that each channel balance is a different length (one of them is 1" longer). Is this normal? Or is this just another ex ... (cont.)

Markings: 26 4 FP Caldwell Metal length measures 27" Bottom plastic portion measures 1" depth (vs the 1 3/32 examples??)
