But it has a screw under the Lach with a spring behind the screw.

I was tilting my window when this piece fell off. It's the piece that I hold open with my thumbs to release the tilt. Can I just replace this part without replacing the entire latch? Thx!

can you identify the broken tilt window pin. You press the black button on the front of the window to release the tilt pin. I do not see any markings on the items.

I have old metal windows and the white (now yellowed) plastic latch is broken. By broken I mean that the piece that connects to the window and keeps the window from falling forward is broken off at the end.
