I am looking for a replacement assembly for the clips that seem to keep the top section of the bottom window in line and the black plastic clips pictured on the ouitside can be pushed to the side to release it to be pulled out to wash the outsdide of the window... The right hand side tilt latch appears to have broken

Attached are some photos of window tilt latches that I need to replace. I hope you can identify these as there is no branding on the windows. Let me know if you have them and the cost. Also if I need any specific tool to replace them. Thanks! Alan

Yes. First remove the window sash, then unscrew and remove the top rail of the sash. Pop off the sash release lever and the internal slide latch, spring and retainer will slip out.
