I need to get a replacement pivot bar 265A.

I am looking for (2) window balance springs for a double hung window. One side broke but I am going to replace both. Following will be (5) pictures showing a "good" one that I took out of another window. Hopefully you will have the clips that attach to each end.

The balance shoe on my windows appears to be worn out. The pin that seats into it keeps getting bent. I was able to remove the window, but now cannot replace it. I have double hung windows using sash pivot bars shown here. Do you have replacements? How do I get the broken end out of the frame?
