26-021 Pivot Bar, 2-1/2"

The window was jammed and the pivot bar was bent and when I fixed it it sprang up and slammed into the balance bar and snapped. I just need to know what parts to buy to replace it. The pivot bar is 2.5 inches. The balance bar is 28inches long and 1/2 inch thick.

Need the name

This balancer looks like a 25" series 765 balance. There are some slight difference. What parts would I need to recreate this?

We are looking for some old MW window balances. The shaft (gray) is 27 1/4" long, the spring is 13 7/8" long, and the other parts are in the picture. Please advise if this is something you have?

Hello,One of my windows has a damaged balancer and Lock spring shoe cam. I may also have a bent T-pin in the sash. I have attached photos.Can you tell me from the photos if I need a new sash or a new balancer?Thank you for your help,John

I need a replacement window sash pivot bar for a Ply-Gem 1500 window. It appears this one was never installed as there are no pieces in the window itself or in the casing of the window. I removed the one that was in the other side and it has a raised part number which is 51699 and I have attached ... (cont.)

Need to find a suitable replacement for this style block and tackle balance. Only numbers are patent #5737877. Thank you in advance.

My part looks most similar to the 795 however the receiver at the bottom of the channel that holds the window pin does not come out. Please advise.

The first two pictures are from the broken side. The last picture is the broken piece. The 3rd and 4th picture are the side that is not broken. The piece that broke is made out of pot metal(?) and broke at the first screw point.
