Piece that sucks out of bottom side window and connects to the slide of side of window frame

Measurement from the bottom of the shoe to the middle of the first hole is 1" 3/16

For whatever reason these shoes don't work in this jamb When it's in the open position so that I can slide it up and down it goes fine, as soon as I rotator to lock it in the back bracket (white clip) pops tried 4 different balances

I have 3 tilt windows that won't stay up and the balances appear to be broken. They appear to be channel balances. The balances are 1 inch wide and 34 inches long. I've attached some pictures and would like to confirm the style that I need to purchase. Thank you, Eric

Window

20 year old vinyl windows sash balance and t-shoe were broken trying to open window. Serial number on the balance is 33C and it is 33" long with a metal clip on nylon string at the top of the sash frame.
