Hello, these photos are from a Simonton window, I included a photo of a tag I could find. The window seems to be falling out of the bottom sash when tilted in. Also a plastic cover located higher is busted. Can you please advise what parts I need to order to fix this issue?

The window lock has GA on it. The size is approximately 4 1/4 x 1 1/4 inch

i bought your: S140-23 coil balance the ones I have pulled out are labeled: 3.0 35" P (there are 2 of these coils) and 4.0 35" P ( there is 1 of these) I have already installed what I ordered but the window sash is not moving without me using a ton of force. Also; I installed the new coi ... (cont.)
