Hi I work in maintenance in apartments and i have multiple windows that wont stay in place and have broken parts. i have attached a photo with all parts that i need . thank you!

I have broken balancers on all my windows. Window are Simonton installed in 2004. Window weight is 21 lbs. pictures are from the right side. When I removed the left side it a total of 3 coils. Thank you for your help. The coil balances on both sides of my window broke today, or at least I realized that they were broken today. I'm not sure which S165-? spring coils I should order the current broken and bent coils have no markings other than 35 in. Each side of window sash has three coils and the weight of the window is 18 lbs the spring coil width is 3/8 inch. The sticker on the Sash bottom is stamped D0313 8/09/02 bar co ... (cont.)
