S165-3 3 lb Series 165 Egress Coil Balance

I am not sure what this piece is called. I am having a hard time locating a replacement. I took a picture of a window with the hardware intact and a picture of the window and the missing hardware. Can you help identify the item and do you have any in stock?

The balances in my Simonton window are broken. I attached a picture of the window description from the original house plans, in case any of those numbers help find the right parts. My fireman window when pulled out to clean does not slide evenly. It appears the plastic slide is cracked and no longer connected to the actual window. It just stays in the track and does not move. Both of my big windows are currently having the same issue. Please help

I cracked the housing on my coil spring balance. Attached are pics of tone of the food balances and the only. In era I can find on the window. These windows were installed by a contractor when the house was built in 2000.

I have a coil balance shoe I'm trying to replace. The shoe receives a coil balance similar to your series 165 coil. Pictures are attached.

My window does not stay up. When I hinge my window out ,I see that on the right side the white piece is broken. I was told this Covers the balance and needs to be replace. We bought these in 2009. On 3 windows the plastic parts on the side tracks are broken. The part number is 801020. On one window, the horizontal channel on the top of the lower window is broken, but we may be able to repair it.

I need to replace a few sash coils like the one in the picture. The coils are encased two pieces of white plastic with the letters g and h with four total screws.

We are unable to locate any name/number ect on the window or balance. Its a pretty unique balance so hoping you can ID it for us. We have two window sizes 58 x 34 1/2 and 47 x 21 1/2. We need 4 for the smaller ones and 16 for the larger ones.

Our windows have cracked and broken spring covers on the sides of the casements. Some have broken, fallen into the bottom, and caused the windows not to open.
