S165-6 6 lb Series 165 Egress Coil Balance

I'm looking for the balance parts for two Simonton windows with the attached information. They are from 2009. One window won't stay up and the other I can only move up about six inches and it won't go any further.

Hi. I need a new coil for this particular window from Advanced Window Corp. The stamp on the coil looks like a 6 or a 9. The window itself feels to be 3-4 lbs. Compared against a 5 lbs. weight, the window feels lighter. Anyway, is this part in the picture available from your company? Is it the #6? ... (cont.)

Egress Coil Balance S165-6 3/4" , double checking to be sure this balance will fit or work on a 48" length window. I see it states 35" travel space and is any other part needed to be replaced at the same time?

I have simonton double hung windows. Two of them flopped out and now are very hard to raise or lower. I think the springs are ok #6.5 35" pat 5232208, but I am guessing I need to replace most of the nylon/plastic. Please advise what you think needs to be replaced and provide the nylon/plastic part ... (cont.)

need to buy 2 stainless steel coil balances. don't know how many pounds. The plastic housing says it is a 3/8" coil dual support. On the steel coil is printed: * 6.0 35" p 5232200 I believe i need the series 165 coil balance. How many pounds and I need to buy two right?
