where do I find the crimp tool to replace the rivets on this cam lock assembly mechanism

This is a aluminum awning window. The plastic part in the photo is broken. Is there a replacement part available? There are four of these parts on the window. Probably 2 lefts and 2 rights. There is no name or label on the window.

This is a plastic bracket that attaches to the window frame and is part of the hinge assembly

These are casement windows that open horizontally. I need about 15 of the white plastic piece COde:NUA SPEC: A-C30 Series: OA2/OA3 MST:4591

Hello,I have some windows that are a crank out style with 2 or 3 window panels, alumni frame. Panels are about one foot tall x about 3 foot wide.
