I ordered this part last week and it came in. I wanted to make sure this was the right one before I open everything and take the door down. It looks like the top part has 3 screw holes while mine only has 2. I ordered this part Right 1/8" Recessed Door Offset Pivot Set, Arch

This goes on a Kawneer door. Please let me know if you have it.

Do i stand outside in front of the door to determine of it is a left hand or right hand opening door.

We purchased the Left Hand Recessed Door Offset Pivot Set, 79-123. We've noticed that whenever it gets cold out the door falls out of the top bracket. It seems that the 79-123 is just a bit shorter than the original hardware and does not have a set screw to tighten it up like your 79-128. Is there a ... (cont.)

Does the 79-123 top hinge have the spring loaded pin? The top hinge on my door has a spring loaded pin that is no longer working. When the pin gets pressed down it does not pop back up, have to use pliers to pull it back up.

there is some play in door and it scraped bottom left corner.

At our church this door, which I believe is made by Kawneer, partly fell out when all the screws fell out of the top pivot cap.
