The slot cut out dimensions are 1.8" x .416". I haven't been able to find anything this size on the web. Do you have a replacement this size? Thanks.

I need to replace 28 broken pairs of these safety stops on single hung windows in an apartment complex. They are almond color on almond colored vinyl windows.

Dear customer service I have windows manufactured by ply gem. They do not have window open control devices. I saw a YouTube video about installing them by your company, could you tell me if they are suitable for my windows? And parts number and prices if they are. Thank you Sue

I have a broken vent stop. The size of the slot it fits in is 2.375 x .375. Where can I find a replacement? The longest I can find on line is 2 inches.

I am unable to find this 3" long by 1/2" wide vent stop. Do you know where I can purchase?

Part that keeps you from raising window all the way up when it is slide out. I can find no numbers or names on the part. I am in need of four - my kids tried to raise window higher and caused them to crack and come out. The windows were installed in 2009. Thanks for your help.
