looking for replacement sash stop. It is 2 inches long, white with red square on stop. It is spring loaded. You have to hold the stop down to get the window to go up.

The 3x8 by 2.5 inch window stop that prevents the bottom window from totally opening if the part is engaged.

I am looking for tan Sash Vent stops for Vinyl windows; I am attaching a picture of the type of window stop I am looking for. These measure 3in long (from top to bottom and 1/2-inch-wide), do you carry theses? Or know who does? Thanks Catherine

I have vertical metal windows and need to replace the lock keepers. The repair firm tells me that the holes for the lock keeper are worn-out and cannot be fixed. this part slides in each corner of the window, someone drilled a hole and screwed in a screw possibly to keep the window locked from their young kids. I'm not sure if this will fit the window frames I have. The track for my windows doesn't have any extra lip, so it looks like if I installed the screw posts on the inside of the track, that would block the window from opening any further.
