26-387 Face Mount Single Action Vent Latch Kit

This broken lock is from existing Bay Window. Manufacturer is unknown as window was already installed when house was purchased.

The window slider stops on my single hung Milgard windows are fragile and easily break. I have not been able to identify the part on the web.

I am looking for a piece that would fit into my window channel/track (on the side), that would only allow you raise your window so far once installed. My fiancee remembered having them once before, but has misplaced all of them. The channel measures 5/8" wide. Do you have anything or know of anythin ... (cont.)

Hi My vinyl replacement windows are about 15-20 yrs old. We need vent latch replacement parts. The opening of the vent latch is 1 1/8" high by 1/4" wide. I was wondering if part #26-107 would fit this opening as a replacement? Thanks very much. Jeff D

This vent lock is on a Winstrom double hung. Do you know if this part is available?

I am looking for a Metal version of this window lock keeper. I do not know the window manufacturer unfortunately. The part is about 3 inches wide and is bolted on the face of the sash as shown. The original keeper is plastic and I am looking to find a metallic version.

I need some info on how the vent latch is applied. I am trying to have a 3/0 x 6/0 s.h. window meet egress with the device in place. Is this possible.?

On the video, you say to position the locks 3.5 inches above the bottom window. This may be a stupid question, but I want my windows to be able to have an opening of about six inches for ventilation so is it fine to install the locks higher?
