Hello, the plastic mounts upon which our keeper is installed are ripped but I can't find them.

Need the locking part.

I am looking for the keeper side of this lock. It is a JW sliding door. I have the handle side and need the other side that holds the lock.

Hi, I have a patio sliding door and its lock doesn't work. It's JELD-WEN brand but the manufacture can only provide inside handle parts for us. I'm wondering if you sell the outside handle with the keylock? Thanks!

Missing frame latch and inside keyed lock

The Latch that turns to lock the door is broke. It is forked on the end of the flat piece that goes into the door and 1/2 of the fork is broken. Would like to replace the whole handle set but not sure of which replacement to use. Doing this for a friend.
