Looks like you have a product (MULTI-POINT MORTISE LOCK WITH FACE PLATE, 11" Product Code: 82-265) that might fit? We purchased a Jeld-Wen sliding patio door and found that it doesn't have the keeper for the locking mechanism on the door handle. What parts would we need to purchase to install for the door to lock properly? From what I'm seeing on the site, it just shows a keeper, but is there something under it ... (cont.)

Do not have original door handle. Would like a replacement suggestion. Need the handle, lock, and latch. I have been told that this is possibly a Superior Door brand.

Need to replace a Track dual Mortis lock. Screws are 11" on center. Part # is 5820.170

Their is an up and lower hook that flip out and clamp the strike plate. The top flips down and the bottom flips up.

Sliding glass doors were purchased in 2005 from Win-Dor windows. These are the measurements as accurate as possible: entire plate is 30mm, top & bottom screw holes are 11" apart, the 2 screw holes in the center are 4" apart and the lock holes are 8" apart.

I'm hoping to replace this lock and handle set for the patio door, would you please help me identify the parts to order. Thank you, Ann

I need the keeper part.

Can you help me with determining what I need for the handle and keeper? The holes are centered at 4" and the keeper needs to be recessed for a double lock and the recessed part is 5/8" in width. Thanks Jay

Hello, I want to replace these handles with a locking handle with a key on the outside. We want to keep the general style and white color. We need a dummy set on the left door (from inside) and add a lock and key to the right hand door. Please let me know. Thanks, Chris
