I purchased sliding door less than a year ago. Bottom locking hook not sure of the correct of correct name for the hook is stuck in unable to lock door. Do not know the part number.

Need a multi point keeper for this latch my new sliding door didn't come with one.

I received my gold color latch replacement, thank you, however, the anti-slam pin doesn't line up with where the latch connects on the white door jam part.

Hi! I believe we need the MULTI-POINT MORTISE LOCK WITH FACE PLATE, 11" to go with out sliding glass door. Attached is a picture of the keeper. It's 11 inches long. Is this the correct lock to go with the keeper? Also, I need the handle for the door. Do you sell those as well?

I recently purchased a 82-239 lock but the face plate didn't line up quite right with the door and the original face plate didn't line up with the new lock. The handle slowly stopped working to the point I could only lock/unlock the latch after trying for 10+ minutes every time. The problem wasn't the white handle itself but the inner latch stopped working.. I'm 99% sure I broke off the handle though so I'll need that as well. Don't know if there are ... (cont.)
