Trying to identify a broken lockset on a patio door. The photo of the sticker on the door seems to have serial number or other information that I think should help. Can you identify the part I need?

The handle slowly stopped working to the point I could only lock/unlock the latch after trying for 10+ minutes every time. The problem wasn't the white handle itself but the inner latch stopped working.. I'm 99% sure I broke off the handle though so I'll need that as well. Don't know if there are ... (cont.)

Please see the attached photos for recommendation on replacement lock and handles (as needed). Handles have JW inscribed. Appears to be vinyl door, approximately 3-4 years old. Builder installed.

Hello, do you have a recommendation on a keeper for this door? The lock works fine but it's missing a mate. The size of the lock measured just shy of 11 and 3/4 inches, so 82-249 seems like a likely match. Thanks for the advice.

Lowes installed a door in July and forgot a lock. Do you know what the internal for this door is, so I can have a lock?

There are no identifying numbers, locking mechanism does not hold and I don't have a key for this lock so a new one would be great.

I ordered item 82-265 to replace a broken latch, but the strike originally in the door doesn't allow lock to engage. Could you point me to the strike that works with latch 82-265?
