Need replacement piece for my sliding door

Markings found on the hardware: PAT# 6.264.252 PAT# 5.820.170 i am looking for the part number so I can order the correct piece from SWISCO.

A new handle set you have is 8.5" in hight. the one on my door is 9.5". the screw holes are the same at 3 15/16". does that matter and will the smaller one you have work.
