At times the mortise hooks do not engage with the latch. The patio door looks locked but it can be opened. Additionally, at other times when attempting to engage the mortise hooks they do not engage all the way as if they are striking the latch and go no further. The anti slam button is activated. ... This is from a Jeld Wen vinyl patio door. I did not find any markings on the handle. The interior screw placement is 3 - 15/16".
