Hello i have this small Simonton window that needs the coil balances replaced. Not sure what info i need to get the part number or if its even fixable . And I also provided the measurement for the tilt latch. It is 2 7/8 long.

Attached are (4) pictures of my existing tilt window latch on my windows. As you can see mine has no lip around it like yours does. I need the same one but in a flush mount. Yours sits too high on the window. I would have to return the (4) I purchased regardless. Please advise. Tried 26-419 ... (cont.)

I have both the left and right latches to a double hung window that are broken. They are the parts that you pull in the top left and top right so you can pull the window towards you and clean it.

Need a set of replacement latches.

This tilt latch was on the left side of the window. In addition to the Patent # 5,139,291, it also shows .075 and 7R on the back side of it.

Need help indentifying replacement surface mounted snap in tilt latches on house windows. 2 7/8 inches long with rounded edge. Markings on bottom of the latch I took out include: pat pend 5,139,291 7r 075 9L

Have several of these broken. Windows installed in 2010. Do not see any info on the locks and the installer has gone out of business.I've seen a few that look like they might be the correct replacements but am not sure.Ours have springs in them and the corner pieces have broken off.Thanks in advance ... Looking for replacements for the left and right latches that keep the window from tilting out as the tips are broken off. The latches slide into the top edge of the window frame and have a detent clip to keep them in place, no screw fasteners.

Hello, I am looking for the replacement for the tilt latch attached in this post. There are multiple photos of the same latch taken from different angle. Kindly suggest the best match for the replacement.
