I have purchased a condo that has double hung vinyl tilt windows. I do not know the brand or age of windows, my guess is more than 20 yrs old. these are the 2 items I need help with. One is a side latch The other part is a part that keeps the window opened. Now, I have a spring that came out of the plastic case and the door will not stay in open position.

The older part that I bought before and worked is 26-292 and 26-293. I tried 26-391 and 26-392 but they are two thisk . What do you suggest for replacement?
