Window won't lock no lever on hardware

Hello. Looking to replace parts on a window where the operator and one of the locks seems broken. operator : skips and won't close the window completely. Looking for replacement latches for windows

This is the lock for a window casement, I was hoping to find the corresponding opening arm mechanism.

I believe I have Truth Dyad Operators, with folding handles that do not have the pocket. I am interested in upgrading the crank handles and covers to the folding handle and cover with pocket, can this be Done.I also have Truth casement locks where the delrin plastic lock is broken. would like to r ... Not sure of the brand

I opened an old casement window that was caulked and painted in. The crank works however the smaller arm that guides the corner of the window is detached, so I think I need a new crank mechanism. It is a Truth product with the number 45189 2, manufactured about early 1998. Please note that photo 1 does not include the vinyl latching mechanism along with the steel pin that engages a traveler in the window frame to operate multiple latches with a single handle.
