Which hardware should I buy to replace this Truth 45189

Hi, I bought entry guard sash locks to replace my discontinued original locks. The location of the casement sash keeper will have to be changed to accommodate the replacement. The technical documents say to use 91674 - Template. Where can I find 91674 - Template. It's not on the truth hardware site. ... (cont.)

I have some 1996 semco casement windows that the latches have broken the nylon piece inside has deteriorated I need approximately 56 latches will this latch you describe work the same as a semco and is the inside still nylon or are they of aluminum

I have had a repair specialist out to try to replace this lock and he was unable to find this part anywhere. This goes on a double hung window.

Does the 38-075 sash lock handing have the hole in it gear driven part that pivots so two of them can be connected via a rod between them so they work in tandem? Thanks, Jay

Plastic gadget assembly inside lock broke. It is a Truth lock 45428. I only need the plastic part :)

I bought 45428 26 thinking it would fit as it looks almost identical to 45189 6 but it is not. Can you let me know what is the correct replacement part number. Thank You

Is there a replacement part for the plastic guide inside the window lock? All other parts of the lock are intact.

I have a Semco #21328A Lock. Does your # 38-144 work either left hand or right hand windows. I need 2 right hand locks. My sash keeper measures the same as your # 38-276
