Window side parts which holds balancer What is part called? 1.5 inches long .5 inches wide

Enclosed please find info on my single hung windows. I need to know the parts needed including all guides. The length is 29" metal to metal. I bought a condo with 4 out of the five windows broken. Let me know if more info is needed.

I have attached photos of the existing window balances. The balance is marked with 28D. I have send photos of both ends. The channel metal measures 29 inches. I need TWO new complete channel balances with ends pictured. I also need TWO 1/2" top sash guides number 18-180 and TWO 5/8" top sash guides ... (cont.)

I need the plastic pieces that hold the spring mechanism in the movable sash for Florida Extruders Intl windows. Do you happen to carry these parts? I need 6 pieces.

I am trying to match the color of some existing guides without having to paint white ones. Is the 1/2" Top Sash Guide with part #18-180 available in a dark color such as black? Thank you in advance.

hello i have a sash top guide i need help identifying, the measurements are 1" across the top, 1/4" from top to the top hole, 7/8" to the bottom hole, 1/2" wide, with a total length of 1 1/2"

Have 20 Florida Extruder Milestone 1000 single hung windows. Replaced the channel balances in several windows within the first two years under warranty and over the last 4+ years an additional 9 windows are now no longer working. I have reviewed your non-tilt window balances in shop items. I believe the ones I will be ordering for replacement will be # 380 in 27"; BUT, I have questions. First: the channel on the ones being removed measures 1/2" x 27 1/5" long. Does that equate to the 27" length? Second: the only number ... (cont.)
