Hello. This is from a no-tilt window, circa 1998. the only identifying tag I can find on the window says "Milestone" series. The piece measures 29" (the metal part only). Can you help locate the appropriate replacement? Thanks.

Hello, I need help to id this top sash guide. It does not appear to have a ramp like those in the photos although there is some damage at the bottom. The top of the guide is 1" x 11/16". I believe I have identified most of what I need but just want to confirm. I have a window with a sticker on it that reads H-L C25/35-52x96. My window says it is a milestone single hung series 1000 - w/n 04789. The cap that seems to hold the balance channel in the window broke. The balance channel popped out.
