I was trying to replace the channel balances and one of the silver clips became bent up and unusable. And I want to make sure I'm using the correct balance as well. Thanks:)

I am trying to replace my jordan window balance and am looking for advice on parts. My dimensions match up to the S390 -28 but I am not sure which option to choose. I need two window guides for bathroom window. I took the channel out. It measures just shy of 11". The channels seem to be fine. The window was jammed and so I took it out to discover the broken guides. Do you have these in stock? Thanks. DAVID

I have 12 windows in home. Window is "milestone single hung 1000". So already ordered and replaced. Channel balance(S380-29, 2840option), top sash guide(1/2", 18-180), window sash lock(2-1/4", 90-005). I installed all window parts. All window is working well. Hello, I am trying to obtain replacement window channel balances for my home. I was able to remove one and the only marking I see on it is "28B". It measures about 29 1/4" by 1/2". I ordered 18-009 with 5/8" width before, but it was too wide. Then I ordered 18-036 with 1/2" width, which was too narrow. The pictures compare my original sash guide to 18-036. Do you have a sash guide with 9/16" width that resembles 18-009 configuration? Derek

Hello, What is part numbers for Milestone single hung series 1000 W/N 04789, 29" channel balance? Do you have 7 channel balances? My balance stamped 28B, shoe measured 15/16" front to back and side to side. Do you also have these? See photos attached.
