What size sach guide do I need to buy? Balance channel model S385-2

I have a Milestone Single Hung Series 1000 windows and have several have become broken I need the channels which measure 29 inches and they are stamped 28C. These 3 pictures are the best I could photograph of the top sash guide. The top measures 7/8”x5/8” the inside channel measures 1/2” wide x 1/2” deep & the bottom is broken off! The house was built in 1988! I hope this is enough information to get the right sash guides! I ... (cont.)

the top of the sash guide is 1 inch by 11/16 inches, the width is 1/2 inches. It looked like the best product is 18-180. Please provide your recommendation.

Florida Extruders, the manufacture, is out of business. I have several windows that the springs have broken. Balances measures from metal end-to-end 29" with a width of 9/16". Believe they are 1/2 " wide and 29 inches with a Stamp of 28G Struggling with specifc type/model - several look similar. Photos are of top and bottom. Need 8 and have impact windows

Can you give me your part number for the sash top piece. It has two holes in it for two screws. The top is roughly 1" x 3/4" and length is 1 9/16" x 1/2"

Have a few broken top sash guides ..it measures 1 in across top and 1/2 in across narrow part where holes are and is roughly 1&5/8 long please advise on which part to order

Looks like your part 18-115 but the dimensions do not line up

I need the plastic upper sash guides and to different size balancers for two different size windows. One size Balancer has the numbers 28G stamped on them and the balancer metal channel piece is 29 inches. I also need a similar balancer that is 23 Inches Long and has the number 22E stamped on ... Not sure about the number on the Balance,(needx4) it's a little worn away? Channel is 1/2" wide and 1/2" high as opposed to the regular 5/8" variety. I am maybe thinking that the springs are maybe a little on the high side owing to the cracked and bent top window shoes on two of the windows? I'm als ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement for UNIQUE 28-C-30 channel balance. It looks like your S380-29 2840 but the bottom shoe depth is 3/4". It has a 1/2" channel and the wings are 1" wide.
