18-180 1/2" Top Sash Guide

Hello, need few replacements for channel balance the long is 29" (metal part) and wide is 0.50". I don't know what to get, please advise. I also need a cap to close the channel balance. Should I replace both of them? Thank you John

Hi, I need a few replacements for this part that hold my non tilt channel balance in place. Please see photo

Channel balances are 5/8" - S380.

Length is 29 inches need 2 complete assemblies Need 4 assemblies

Need 7 sets including the plastic end caps that screw into the window. The only numbers I can find are Unique 28-B-20. I do know that they are 28". We did not measure the width. My spouse can put them in. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Stacy

Need help identifying replacement channel balances/parts. The current one is marked UB 28D. Metal part of balance is 29" long (not including plastic ends). Non-tilt window, 1/2" width. Hello, I noticed that both channel balances in my Milestone 1000 window are broken. As well as the attachment to the window itself. I have located the parts on your website. But the balance has a different sized bottom shoe. My current shoes are 7/8in. But you only sell 1in. Also I can not locate t ... (cont.)

Trying to figure out what I can do to replace this Broken on both sides, spring and pulley came out on other side
