Does this not have a matching keeper? My old keepers are the wrong type.

Please help me to obtain this part. I have order 90-274 which was incorrect and I need to return. Order number 1588998 please advise and how I can get the correct part and also make my return. Thank you

We have a Silver line brand window by Anderson. It is the right window locking mechanism. The plastic handle broke off the circle hole. The windows were installed in summer 2015 in Bucks County Pennsylvania by our builder. We urgently need to replace this part. Thank you.

The underside of the lock has the name ENTRYGARD and the number 45225.

Window is from the company Empire Pacific Windows. The letter L is on the lock, also 8-9 it is white in color.
