Lock latch for window. House built in 2015 by Ashton woods in lake Mary, Florida.

The window is a vinyl window with a left and right spring approximate 26" wide approximate 23.5 height. The window is light and I am trying to get the weight with a digital scale I need all the parts associated with keeping the window open Lock pivot bar This balance comes complete with a pivot ... Need to find a replacement for this lock. It is 2 1/4' hole to hole and 1 1/4 front to back. The latch does not extend past the casing so it needs the right keeper as well.

Hello! I am looking for a replacement for a Certainteed Sash Lock. The numbers imprinted on the underside of the lock are 93 81. I have been unable to track down this lock in stores or online. We purchased an older home and the previous owners changed 1 lock. We would like to match them. Thank you.

The underside of the lock has the name ENTRYGARD and the number 45225.

Window is from the company Empire Pacific Windows. The letter L is on the lock, also 8-9 it is white in color.

Anlin is stamped on the face. 96003 is stamped inside lock housing. 9955 is stamped on the lock. 2 is stamped opposite 96003 inside lock housing. 32 and 501 are stamped opposite from each other underneath lock receiver. Lock receiver base has a 45 degree angle .
