90-274 Acorn Lock and Keeper, 2-1/4"

We received the lock for the window (90-278) but it is the wrong size for our window. I like to attach two pictures of the part of the lock that sits on staionary side of the window to show you the size and the shape of the lock. I like to return the lock you sent and get one like the picture show ... (cont.)

New customer. Home is a manufactured home...maybe 20 years old. The Jeld Wen decal is on the sliding door. Windows have nothing that tells me manufacturer. I?m guessing manufacture of home use same company thru out for windows and doors but thats only guess. Anyway what does the guru of window / doo ... (cont.)

I've had a difficult time getting the correct replacement part. Pella is the brand on the lock. Hole spacing is 2-1/8" The Keeper is recessed and at the thinnest part 1/8" it's thickest part 6/32" It feels metal not plastic.

2 1/4 between screw holes

Need replacement locks for Viking vinyl windows. Windows are at least 15 years old (or older) so I?m hoping I can still find something that will work.

I am looking for replacement sweep lock for an Alpine window. The distance between the two screw hole is 2 1/4 inches. I have attached some photos. The window is a non tilting sash window.

viking series 8100. AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97 HS-R15-120x72 Need a window lock. I also have a viking series 8300, H-LC30-48x96. The window keeps coming off. need the side tracks to pull up the window and to keep it in place.

Hello I've attached 2 photos of the Pella window lock I'm trying to match. The difficulty in matching it seems to be in the keeper. It mounts to the window vertically but is not recessed, it attaches to the window flat and the place where the latch goes in sticks out from the window. Please le ... (cont.)

I am needing these replacement parts. Is this enough information to be able to determine what parts that are need? I have a customer needing a coil spring (5232208) that is 3/8" wide. One for a 4 lb x 35" window. And one for a 5lb x 35" window.

Hello, I'm looking to replace a Viking window lock. It seems to be a sweep-type, and the hole centers are 2-1/4" apart. The keeper is perpendicular and recessed. The maximum height of the lock is about 5/8", and the maximum height of the keeper is about 3/8". Thanks!
