I have an old casement window, that I need to replace both locks and cranks(left and right), the window measures 21.5", wondering if I need a 9.5" or 13.5" arm? If you could answer this I would love to get these ordered from you. Thanks

Your part number 38-210. Will this work for my Truth sash lock 21328? And can you just replace the white plastic piece or do I need the whole lock assembly? Because I am not sure the white plastic piece and pop out and a new one put in?

The nylon roller that guides the window to open and close is worn out and needs to be replaced. The window opens all the way with no problem. But when it is cranked to close, the roller falls out of the side slot and the arm continues to rotate inward, leaving the window in the same position as when ... (cont.)
