Attached are some pictures for a window I need help on parts. They are for a spiral balance and the metal rod is 29 inches in length and 3/8 inches in diameter. No markings, this plastic piece on both sides of the window holds the window from falling out.

I need to replace the old broken latches for my windows, but can't seem to find the correct one.

The measurements are... 2 3/8 long, 3/4 wide, 3/8 tall, and 2 1/16 from center of screw hole to edge of window. There is only 1 screw hole. I would prefer metal, but black is the only must. The windows are black aluminum. I'm not opposed to drilling another screw hole, if needed. ... (cont.)

I am looking for the white piece shown. I have several windows that piece is broken on. The windows also SLAM and don't come down easily. I need to fix that problem as well. thank you for your assistance.
